Conduit Pipe Manufacturers in India

PNB Pipes manufactures IS 9537 rigid PVC electrical conduit and fittings in medium and heavy gauge, 20 to 50 mm. Fire-retardant, ISI marked, factory-direct.

  • ISO 9001:2015
  • ISI marked
  • Own manufacturing unit
  • Pan-India dispatch

PNB Pipes manufactures rigid PVC electrical conduit pipes and the full range of matching accessories at our own plant in Banda, Uttar Pradesh. We supply electrical wholesalers, contractors, panel builders and project buyers across India, direct from the factory.

Conduit is the part of an electrical installation nobody sees and everybody depends on. If it cracks during a chase, burns instead of self-extinguishing, or has a rough bore that shreds insulation on a long pull, the fault shows up years later inside a wall. That is why we make ours to IS 9537 from a fire-retardant compound, and check the bore before it leaves the line.

What We Manufacture

Rigid PVC conduit to IS 9537 in medium and heavy gauge, sizes 20 mm to 50 mm, supplied in white, ivory and grey — bundled and clearly marked by gauge so nothing gets mixed up on site.

Why PVC Conduit Instead of Metal

PVC conduit does not rust, does not need earthing, and does not conduct. It resists moisture, dust, impact and rodents, it is far lighter to carry up a building, and it cuts and bends on site without a threading machine. For the vast majority of domestic, commercial and light industrial wiring, it is simply the better and cheaper choice — and it is what the market has moved to.

The two things that separate good conduit from bad are the compound and the bore. Our compound is fire-retardant and self-extinguishing, so it does not carry flame along a run. The bore is extruded smooth and cut burr-free, which matters on long concealed pulls where a rough edge will strip insulation without the electrician ever seeing it.

How We Make Them

Virgin PVC resin is compounded in-house with the fire-retardant additive package, then extruded, sized, cooled, printed and cut in one continuous line. Samples come off each shift for outside diameter, wall thickness and gauge checks, and the results are recorded against the batch under our ISO 9001:2015 certified quality system.

Why Buyers Choose PNB as Their Conduit Pipe Manufacturer

  • Manufacturer, not a repacker. Compounding and extrusion are both ours, so the gauge you order is the gauge you get.
  • Conduit and accessories from one source — bends, boxes, saddles and glands all match the pipe.
  • ISI marked to IS 9537, produced under an ISO 9001:2015 certified quality system.
  • Bundled and marked by gauge, so medium and heavy never get confused in the store or on site.
  • Factory-direct pricing with slab rates for wholesalers and project quantities.

Who We Supply

Electrical wholesalers and hardware distributors; wiring and electrical contractors working on residential, commercial and institutional buildings; builders and developers standardising on one conduit brand across a project; and industrial buyers who need heavy gauge for surface runs. Dispatch is pan-India from Banda, Uttar Pradesh.

Buyer Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between medium and heavy gauge conduit?
The difference is wall thickness and therefore impact strength. Medium gauge is the normal choice for concealed wiring inside walls and ceilings, where the plaster protects it. Heavy gauge is used for surface runs, exposed locations and anywhere the conduit can take a knock. We manufacture both to IS 9537 in 20–50 mm.
Is PNB conduit fire-retardant?
Yes. The compound is fire-retardant and self-extinguishing, so it will not carry flame along a run, and it is non-conductive — one of the main reasons PVC conduit has replaced metal in most wiring work.
Which sizes and colours are available?
Sizes 20, 25, 32, 40 and 50 mm in both medium and heavy gauge, supplied in white, ivory and grey. Bundles are marked by gauge. For large orders in a specific colour we can schedule a dedicated run.
Do you supply conduit accessories as well?
Yes — bends, couplers, elbows, junction and inspection boxes, deep and surface boxes, saddles, clips and glands, all moulded from the same compound as the conduit so they fit and behave the same way.
Do you sell to electrical wholesalers and contractors directly?
Yes. We supply wholesalers, distributors, contractors and project buyers directly from the factory, with slab pricing by quantity. Send us your size mix and monthly requirement and we will quote.
Can conduit be ordered along with PVC pipes in one dispatch?
Yes. Conduit, PVC plumbing pipes and water tanks are all made at the same unit, so a mixed load goes out on one vehicle with one invoice — which usually works out cheaper on freight than ordering from three suppliers.
