What We Manufacture

Sizes run from 20 mm to 315 mm across pressure classes 2.5 to 10 kg/cm². Every pipe is pressed from 100% virgin, lead-free PVC compound — no reprocessed scrap, which is the single biggest reason cheap pipes crack under pressure or go brittle in the sun.

How We Make Them

PVC pipe quality is decided long before the extruder. It starts with the compound: virgin PVC resin is dosed with stabiliser, lubricant and filler in our own mixing unit, so we control the formulation instead of buying whatever compound is cheapest that week. The compound is then fed to the extrusion line, formed, vacuum-sized, cooled, marked and cut to length in one continuous run.

Each shift, samples are pulled from the line and checked for outside diameter, wall thickness, and hydrostatic pressure. Pipes that fall outside tolerance do not go to the stock yard. This is what an ISO 9001:2015 quality system actually means day to day — a written procedure, a record for every batch, and a person accountable for it.
