uPVC Pressure Pipes & Fittings

Our uPVC pressure pipes conform to IS 4985 and run from 20 mm (½″) to 315 mm (12″) in pressure classes of 2.5, 4, 6, 8 and 10 kg/cm². They carry potable water without ever rusting, scaling or corroding, and their mirror-smooth bore keeps friction loss low so pumps work less and deliver more. The matching fittings range — elbows, tees, couplers, reducers, bends, unions, sockets and end caps in 20 mm to 160 mm — is dimensioned for a precise solvent-cement fit, so every junction seals permanently instead of becoming the leak you deal with three years later.

CPVC Pipes & Fittings for Hot Water

Where the line has to carry hot water, uPVC is the wrong material. Our CPVC range, made to IS 15778 in CTS sizes from ½″ to 2″ with SDR 11 and SDR 13.5 wall ratings, holds its strength continuously at up to 93°C without sagging or softening. It is safe for potable water, fire-retardant and completely free of the scale build-up that slowly chokes metal hot-water lines. The fittings — including brass-insert FTA and MTA adaptors for the transition to taps and geysers — are moulded from the same compound, so pipe and fitting expand and contract together instead of working the joint loose.

SWR Drainage Pipes & Fittings

Soil, waste and rainwater lines fail for different reasons than pressure lines: blockage, odour and cracked joints. Our SWR pipes are made to IS 13592 in 40 mm to 160 mm, in Type A for ventilation and rainwater and Type B for soil and waste. Both ring-fit (rubber seal) and self-fit (solvent) jointing systems are available, and the fittings range to IS 14735 covers bends, tees, single and double Y-junctions, P-traps, door bends, couplers, reducers and cowls. The rubber-seal system in particular absorbs the thermal movement a drainage stack sees every day, which is exactly what keeps a joint odour-tight for decades.

Agriculture Pipes

Irrigation lines are laid long, laid fast and often laid again next season. Our agriculture pipes, to IS 4985 in 63 mm to 315 mm and pressure classes of 2.5, 4 and 6 kg/cm², use a self-fit rubber-ring push-fit joint that a two-person crew can assemble across a field without solvent, curing time or specialist tools. Supplied in 6-metre lengths, they are light enough to carry over uneven ground yet strong enough for lift irrigation, bore-well mains and canal-to-field distribution. Because they never rust or rot in soil, the line you lay this year is still the line you use a decade from now.

Column Pipes for Submersible Pumps

A column pipe carries the entire hanging weight of the pump and the water inside it, which is why we make ours to IS 12818 from high-tensile uPVC with precision self-locking square threads, in sizes from 1″ to 4″. Compared with GI risers they will not rust, will not shed flakes of corrosion into the water you drink, and will not fail at the thread after a few monsoons — the single most common cause of a pump dropping down a bore-well. They are also light enough to lower and retrieve safely, which matters every time the pump needs servicing.

Bore-well Casing Pipes

Casing lines the bore and keeps it open. Ours is made to IS 12818 in 4″ to 12″ (100–315 mm), in both plain casing and slotted ribbed screen, with the collapse strength to resist ground pressure at depth and complete immunity to rot and corrosion. The slotted screen sections let water in while holding sand and silt out, protecting the pump and keeping the yield clean. Threaded and self-fit jointing options make assembly quick at the rig.
